Bay Bridge Investments specializes in finding small and mid-size, multi-family properties (Class B and C) in Columbus, Ohio.  We follow a “buy and hold” strategy and only purchase properties that are profitable with positive cash flow from the start. We do not invest in negative cash flow properties that “chase” appreciation. 

After purchasing and renovating the value-add multifamily rentals, we hold the properties for many years as they continue to generate positive cash flow and provide a strong ROI.

Investment Criteria:

  • Multi-family properties in Columbus, Ohio and surrounding suburbs
  • Class B and C neighborhoods and properties
  • # of Units: Between 20 and 75 unit properties preferred
  • Value add – can be renovated to improve the investment
